Stainless steel reactor is a vessel used for reaction, where the inner vessel is cooled and heated through the use of cooling and heating fluids. The temperature of the reaction material in the vessel is controlled by the jacket design so that the material in the kettle reacts at the required temperature. Stainless steel reactors have versatile functions of herbal extraction, mixing, synthesis, solvent recovery and decarboxylation. 

This 300L stainless steel reactor is customized with a pH meter as our customer’s request, which enables real-time monitoring of acidity or alkalinity levels within the reaction mixture, allowing for precise control and adjustment of reaction conditions as needed.
