Glass Rising Film Evaporator

Rising Film Evaporator is an efficient and energy-saving evaporation device widely used in industries requiring gentle handling of heat-sensitive materials. The heating chamber of rising film evaporator is composed of single or multiple vertical tubes, and the diameter of the tube is between 25～50mm. Raw material liquid by preheating to reach the boiling point or close to the boiling point, from the bottom of the heating chamber into the tube, for the high-speed rise of the secondary steam driven, along the wall side of the membrane flow, the side of the evaporation, in the top of the heating chamber to reach the required concentration, the completion of the liquid discharged from the bottom of the separator.
